Biography

Neil moved to New York City from Chicago in 2006 to pursue his dream of becoming a fashion editorial hairdresser.

He began his journey as a hairdresser working at well known salons in New York City, and training with Duffy, Eugene Souleiman and Malcolm Edwards. Being on set with photographers such as, Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, Craig McDean, Patrick Demarchelier and Mikael Jansson, for shoots such as Interview,Vogue Paris,W, Vogue Italia expedited his development on set. Neil has gained an exceptional professional foundation and top tier training in the world of editorial and commercial styling.

Neil used this foundation and knowledge of the industry and hair trends to launch his own career in the spring of 2014. His work can be seen in Acne campaigns and Hermes videos; in editorials such as W, Vogue.com, Vogue Mexico, Vogue China' and regularly in images of Express, Free People and Rag & Bone. His most recent photographer relationships include Ryan McGinley, Roe Ethridge, Cass Bird and Ben Hassett.

His calm demeanor, natural style and old school collaborative approach give Neil the ability to find and create authentic beauty in all women.
